Our team is growing. It wasn’t so long ago JRC used to be a one man organisation. Its only in hindsight we realise how important it is to have dedicated men for each job. Our team consists of Local Electricians and “approved” Local Electricians. Approved local electricians have further qualifications and have been tested at a higher level. Qualified local electricians should be able to display a “17th edition SJIB” Grade card. If they can’t, walk away. We employ dedicated labourers and carpet fitters to help return your home to its original state. The final stage of rewiring involves “making good” the walls. Our time served plasterer has over 15 years experience. All of our staff hold the correct qualifications, which are available to view.
We believe cheap materials to be a complete false economy. We have many call outs which involve replacing cheap products as they simply do not last the test of time. JRC only install quality products from reputable manufacturers. If you do need to replace a part, rest assured that part will be readily available. All of our parts and labour come with standard warranty cover.
VAT – VALUE ADDED TAX.
No one likes to pay more than they have to. Our customers often ask why we charge VAT when others don’t. The answer is simple, we do more business. When companies start trading at a higher level they are required to charge VAT on all costs. This will at least bring confidence that we are good at what we do and we do often over the course of the year ! You will pay VAT on almost everything you purchase in the UK. This happens because the product comes from a successful company. Non VAT products generally come from companies trading at a lower level. VAT is currently charged at 20%.

My background – JRC Property Solutions LTD was first established in 2011. Before starting the company I was employed for over ten years, where I spent the majority of my time rewiring houses. My contract required myself and a partner to rewire five houses per week. During this time we quickly developed techniques to rewire properties at fast pace, while still maintaining quality workmanship. I have rewired literally thousands of properties in this time, from bedsits flats to ten bedroom mansions. There are few problems or challenges I have not faced!
Our quality of work has continued on with the business. We now specialise in rewiring private properties all over Scotland. We have a strong team of men, all experienced in this field and all dedicated to providing a unique service that is unrivalled.
